Anika Dobreff graduated from the University of Music and Theater in Rostock in 2004 in recorder and in 2005 in oboe.
She attends oboe courses with Gregor Witt, Burkhard Glaetzner and Arnaldo de Felice and plays in numerous chamber music projects in Germany, Italy, Spain and Austria.
She has been teaching the recorder at music schools in Rostock and Berlin since 2001 and at the Südtiroler Musikinstitut (South Tyrolean Music Institute) since 2006.
Since 2009 she additionally plays the baroque oboe, visiting courses with Andreas Helm, Philop Nodel, Alfredo Bernadini, and studying with Paolo Grazzi at the Conservatorio dell'Abaco di Verona. She engages in concert activities with various baroque ensembles in northern Italy and Austria.
Her compositions and instructional music books are being published at Verlag vierdreiunddreissig since 2008.
